PURPOSE:To attain plural transactions only by one card input and to improve operatability by storing card data once read out and extracting and using the data when necessary. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 1 is arranged on the customer side of a window terminal equipment and a display 2 and a keyboard 3 are arranged on the teller side. A customer inserts a card into the card reader 1 based on a teller's instruction or an instruction on an unshown customer display to read out stripe data. The read data are stored in a buffer memory and the card is ejected. A teller depresses a 'CARD' key 3a on the keyboard 3 to display the stored data on the display 2 and inputs transaction data from the keyboard 3 to complete the transaction. In case of processing plural transactions, the stored data are displayed every depression of the 'CARD' key 3a, so that it is unnecessary to read out the card plural times. |
