PURPOSE:To provide a tip exchange having a stopper mechanism, a push-down mechanism and a push-up mechanism and capable of easily exchanging a tip part of a pipetting apparatus preventing the contamination with sundry germs, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the exchange of a tip 1 at an end of a pipette, a main body 53 of a pipette is transferred with a supporting member 54 and fitted to a recess of a stopper mechanism 4 to clamp the flange 3 with the stopper. The tip 1 is pushed down with a push-down mechanism 5 to disengage the main body 53 of the pipette from the stopper. A new tip 1 is transferred with a conveyor to a position above a push-up mechanism 6. The new tip 1 is pushed up with a pole 9 of the push-up mechanism 6 and attached to the main body 53 of the pipette.
