PURPOSE:To efficiently subject seeds to coating processing, by feeding a required number of seeds onto gel films synchronously with sagging the central parts of the gel films formed by its own weight in flowing out from a nozzle body of a gel extrusion part. CONSTITUTION:Holes for attracting seeds are perforated in a rotating cylindrical drum 30 and the interior of the drum is kept under a negative pressure and a seed storage tank in contact with the seeds is simultaneously provided on the outer peripheral surface of the drum. A closing member 50 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the drum and the holes for attracting the seeds are closed with the closing member by rotation of the drum to lose attractive force for the seeds. The seeds falling by its own weight in losing attractive force therefor are then dropped in a gel film formed on a downward gel extrusion part (A) and coated with the gel.
