PURPOSE:To fill up a flux uniformly and at high speed into a hollow billet by inclining the swing arm fixing a hollow billet detachably at an optimum angle and giving an optimum vibration with maintaining its inclining state. CONSTITUTION:A flux filling device is formed by the swing arm 6 fixing detachably and vibrating a hollow billet, the tilting support device X supporting one end of this swing arm 6 vertically turnably and the inclination holding device Y holding an inclined state by lifting the other end of the swing arm 6. A flux feeding device is used by providing it on the hollow billet 18 becoming of an inclined state by being supported on the swing arm 6. The product yield by the stabilization of the production efficiency and quality can thus be improved.
