PURPOSE:To execute the intermittent piercing of the body to be worked with high quality by opening and closing the switch of a laser output setter by the sum of the outputs of 2nd and 3rd pulse oscillators and the product of the output of the 1st pulse oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A switch 5 is opened and closed by the product of the sum of the outputs of a 3rd pulse oscillator 18 and 2nd pulse oscillator 40 and the output of a 1st pulse oscillator 3. The 1st pulse oscillator 3 executes a pulse output, the 2nd pulse oscillator 40 outputs a single pulse in the period for the pulse ON and when it is turned off, the 3rd pulse oscillator 18 inputs the signals of a frequency setter 32 and duty setter 33 in the frequency higher than that of the 1st pulse oscillator 3, outputting the pulse signal matched to the set value thereof. |
