PURPOSE:To easily compact a tubular compound green compact having good quality by sticking powder layer for inner layer to outer face of heat lost hollow cylindrical seat through a organic binder, inserting into a mandrel in a pressing die and compressing and compacting by supplying powdery material on the outer side. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl alcohol series adhesive is coated on a hollow cylindrical seat 1 composing formol polyvinyl alcohol and the powdery material for inner layer (Fe-C series, etc.) is spread and stuck to form the inner layer annular cylindrical body. Successively this inner layer cylindrical body is inserted into a mandrel 2 for an isostatic press composing of mandrel 2, lower cover 3, upper cover 4, deforming barrel 5 (rubber-made) and the powdery material for outer layer (material having excellent mechanical property and corrosion resistant property) is supplied into a space in a die at outer side of radius direction. Finally, the upper cover 4 is laid on the die, and the fluid pressure is applied from the outside and the deforming barrel 5 is shrunk, to produce tubular green compact having two layer structure.
