PURPOSE:To offer the picture service even when a person receiving the picture service and other person are at the same place by giving a revised chromaticity and brightness between offered pictures so as to form a gray pattern. CONSTITUTION:An input picture signal 11 is stored while it is controlled by a frame 13 in a picture information storage memory 12 by one frame, the picture information is read twice at the double speed of the frame period from the memory 12, and the signal read at first is given to a synthesis circuit 15 as the 1st picture signal 14 compressed to 1/2 and the read-out picture signal is inputted to the synthesis circuit 15 as the 2nd picture signal 17 after the chromaticity and brightness are converted (16). Thus, a 1st picture signal 14 and a 2nd picture signal 17 are display alternately on a picture display device 18. On the other hand, a frame signal 13 is given to a spectacles shutter timing generating circuit 19 to drive the shutter of spectacles 21 and the spectacles shutter is driven so that the picture by the 2nd picture signal is not watched by the viewer. |
