PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by providing a cutter part on a tool axis part, arranging burring claws in the neighborhood and, in addition, setting a movable interlock pipe having a projection part outside the external diameter of a cutter part. CONSTITUTION:The cutter part 21 is provided at the free end of the tool axis part 20 and a burring head part 22 is arranged at a position adjacent to the cutter part to pivotally attach burring claws 25 inside the burring head part. In addition, the interlock pipe 31 is arranged movably in the axial direction at the free end part of the tool axis part 20. The whole tool is operated and dropped to the working position of a circular tube 12 to be worked and, first, a cutter 21 makes a prepared hole 34. When the tool is dropped further, the pipe 31 comes in contact with the circumference of the hole 34 and is pushed up. Then, the whole tool is elevated to burr the circumference of the hole 34 with the claws 25. The working efficiency is improved because continuous operation can be carried out.
