PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly work of the unit in the caption, by providing an inner ring with a track opposed to one of the inward tracks of an outer ring and a female thread portion on a through hole, and integrating a bolt element, which has a track opposed to the other of the inward tracks of the outer ring, into the inner ring. CONSTITUTION:A through hole forming a female thread portion 18 on its axial case portion is provided to the spindle 2 of an inner ring and a track 7 having a circular arc cross-section is formed on the periphery thereof. On the other hand, a track 11 having a circular arc cross-section is formed on the periphery of a bolt element 20 provided with a male thread portion 21 being screwed to the female thread portion 18, and a rolling element 6 is held between the track 11 and the track 13 of an outer ring 4, together with track 7 so as to form a rolling bearing 5. Thus assembly work can be facilitated, quality stabilized, and lower cost attained.
