PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by deburring a connected weld zone and preparing a brazing part left in wire drawing at a welding part. CONSTITUTION:When a prescribed number of unit wire rods 1 is welded and connected to form a connected wire rod 3, first, the burrs 2A of the weld zone 2 are removed and a marked notch 2B is provided on the weld zone 2. The notch 2B is provided by machining such as cutting, grinding or polishing, etc. In addition, in prescribed places of a connected part, the diameter of the wire rod 1 is reduced to prepare a soldering part 2C including the weld zone 2 on behalf of a notch part 2B. When a wire rod 4 is cut after several times of wire drawing, the notch part 2B is detected as a mark. Since the soldering part 2C is left when the wire is drawn it can be sent to a die as it is. Accordingly, the operating efficiency is improved in wire rod cutting or wire drawing.
