PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a work due to over-heating by standing plural variable rising plates capable of adjusting the height from inside the liquid at intervals in the work transfer direction at the lower side of a work transfer conveyor located at the inside of a vapor tank. CONSTITUTION:Each variable rising plate 45 is fitted from the upper part to the recessed guide member 47 fitted at a fixed pitch to the opposing face of an inner frame 42. The adjustment in the height of the respective rising plate 45 is executed by replacing with plate of different lengths or by adjusting the vertical movement of the rising plate of fixed lengths. In the case of the heat capacity of a work being less, one part of the variable rising plate 45 is set higher and the remaining rising plate 45 is set lower as well. One part of the saturated vapor phase 13 generated inside the vapor tank 11 is thus ascended to the upper side than the work transfer level by the guide of the variable rise plate 45 set higher and the saturated vapor phase ascending by being guided by the rising plate set lower does not reach the work transfer level, hence no work is heated. |
