PURPOSE:To improve the operability by providing a numeral input means, a menu selecting means and an editing instructing means, on a mouse. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted so that a numeral can be inputted directly from a mouse 1, by providing ten keys 2 consisting of numeral keys of 0-9 being a numeral input means and a decimal point key, and an execution key 3 for executing a processing, on the upper face of the mouse 1. Also, by providing a shift key 4, each numeral key is allowed to have functions as a menu selecting means being other means than that for a numeral input and various editing instructing means for editing the information in a display means such as a CRT, etc. In such a way, a useless space of a keyboard device can be eliminated.
