PURPOSE:To easily execute the decision as for the necessity and unnecessity of mail information by preparing a schedule of the mail information at every address based on data information and address information included in the mail information. CONSTITUTION:Mail information inputted from a transmission/reception part 1 are housed to a mail information memory part 3 and inspected whether the address of the mail information is registered in a user registering part 4 or not. When a user name is registered in the user registering part 4 and a starting date is set in the mail information, the schedule is prepared by a schedule preparing part 5 and the prepared schedule is housed to a schedule memory part 6. When a display instruction is inputted to a display part 7 by and input part 8 etc., the schedule is read by the schedule memory part 6 and displayed on the display part 7.
