PURPOSE:To prevent an error of an input of a received amount of money, by printing in advance a receipt and a receipt copy at every patient from medial examination information in a storage part with regard to receipt of a patient's share portion for the medical examination expense, allowing the receipt copy at every patient from whom said portion as been received, to pass through an optical reading part, inputting its amount of money, and confirming the received money. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a claiming means 1 for issuing a document for claiming and receiving the medical examination expense, based on medical examination information, a money amount reading means 22 for receiving the medical examination expense in accordance with the claiming means 1, and thereafter, reading the received amount of money from a copy of the document, and a confirming means 3 for confirming a fact that the amount of money which has been read by the money amount reading means 2, the amount of money based on the medical examination information, and patient information have been compared. In such a way, an error of the input does not occur.
