PURPOSE:To strongly connect a leading end part main body to a curved part and to enhance the insertion property of the connection part, by receiving an engaging piece having a female screw formed thereto in the recessed part formed to the outer peripheral part of the leading end part main body and mounting the node ring at the foremost end of the curved part to the outer peripheral part of the leading end part main body to fix the same to the engaging piece by a rivet. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 12 is formed to the outer periphery of a leading end part main body 1 at the position becoming the dead space of the leading end part main body 1 so as to avoid the position where members to be built in such an objective cylinder 2, an air water feed tube 8 or the like pass. An engaging piece 13 is received in the recessed part 12 so as to generate no play in a forward and backward direction as well as a left and right direction. This engaging piece 13 is formed from a plate-shape stainless steel material rounded at both ends thereof and a female screw 14 is formed thereto in the vicinity of the center thereof. The node ring 16 engaged with the outer periphery of the leading end part main body 1 is fixed to the engaging piece 13 by a rivet and, since the engaging piece 13 is made of a metal, the part of the female screw 14 is not damaged even when a large force is applied to the part of the female screw 14 from the rivet 18 and the leading end part main body 1 is strongly connected and fixed to the node ring 16 through the engaging piece 13.
