PURPOSE:To suppress the restriction due to a set condition, technique and cost and to obtain spectroscopy at the max. S/N ratio, by sending out the tomographic image of an examinee from an anatomical data collecting part to a qualitative data collecting part obtaining the spectroscopy of the specific atom nucleus in the examinee and setting the desired region of the examinee on a bed part at the definite position in a space. CONSTITUTION:The desired region of an examinee P is set to the imaging region in an X-ray CT gentry by driving a bed controller 40c and an X-ray CT scanner controller 40b is driven to perform the reconstitution of an image to obtain a tomographic image. The tomographic image is sent to a total controller 40d to be displayed on a monitor 40e. An operating person operates the console of the total controller 40d to set a concern region ROI. The bed controller 40c moves a top plate 30b in the direction of a magnet main body 20 on the basis of the aforementioned spectroscopy collecting position data and the concern region ROI on the examine P is allowed to coincide with a diagnostic field G and the exciting high frequency magnetic field of frequency corresponding to an objective atom nucleus is allowed to act on the region ROI by a transmitting and receiving circuit 40a2 and the magnetic resonance phenomenon induced from said region is detected.
