PURPOSE:To attain quick start of communication of an opposite party by transmitting a signal informing the enabled calling to the opposite party connected through a channel prior to the setting of a new speech path in an exchange provided with a connection change function of the speed path set already. CONSTITUTION:A calling enable informing means 500 is provided on an exchange 100 provided with the reconnection function of the speech path set already. Prior to the setting of a new speech path 200, the talking enable informing means 500 transmits a signal informing the enabled calling, to the opposite parties 300, 400. Thus, the opposite parties 300, 400 receiving a signal informing the enabled calling start the calling immediately, thereby improving the service performance of the exchange.
