METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING WINDOW GLASS OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength by integrally molding a window frame member having as an insert a window glass to which adhesives are previously applied and fixedly bonding this window frame member to a car body panel through adhesives. CONSTITUTION:When a window frame member 2 is molded with a window glass 1 as an insert being located in a metal mold M, adhesives 9 are previously applied to the peripheral edge of window glass 1. And under such condition a product space R is filled with resin material to mold integrally the window frame member 2. Then, predetermined adhesives 11 are applied to the back portion of window frame member 2 molded integrally with the window glass 1. The window frame member as it is pressed against a car body panel 5 to be fixedly stuck thereto. Thus, the window glass and window frame member are firmly fixedly bonded to each other to improve the durability and reliability.
