Analgesic capsule contg. granular aspirin (I) coated with enteric coating film and p-acetylamino-phenol (APAP) in powder form was prepd.. Thus, a formulation was prepd. contg. (I) 326.634, EUDRAGIT L-30 D 24,497, talcum powder 5,715, triethyl citrate 2,452, AF emulsifier 0.162, APAP 325.00, dimethylpolysiloxane 2.5, Tween 80 1,000, Na Lauryl sulfate 1,400, StaR-1500 10.64 mg, and distld. H2O. The formulation was inserted into soft gelatin capsule.
