PURPOSE:To repeatedly execute averaging by exposure so as to reduce a noise level by using picture signals outputted from a black-and-white television in a real time as for the picture signals in the midst of exposure and the signals previously stored in a frame memory as for remaining two-color picture signals. CONSTITUTION:As for the picture signals of colors in the midst of exposure, the ones sequentially outputted from the black-and-white television are used and as for the remaining two-color video signals, the ones previously stored in the frame memory are used. If a shutter 38 is opened about one second while a black-and-white CRT 30 for exposure is emitting the light, the image on the black-and-white CRT 30 for exposure is converted into a red image through a red filter 32 for exposure and the image is formed on a color printing paper 39 through a printing lens 37, so that the red image is printed on the color printing paper 39. In a red exposure mode, about 30 frames of images can be printed on the color printing paper 39 and the red image data R2 whose weight coefficient is large is used in a real time. Even if noises enter, they are averaged to reduce a noise component and an SN ratio becomes good.
