PURPOSE:To keep excellent contamination resisting property for a long time even under high corrosive environment by forming a film of organic polymeric material of fluorine type on the surface of a titanium member. CONSTITUTION:The film of organic polymeric material of fluorine type which is excellent in adhesion property and weathering properties, is formed on the surface of a titanium member, whereby the contamination resisting property which is the defect of the titanium material is improved. As the organic polymeric material of fluorine resin, all the materials containing an appropriate amount of fluorine resin in a molecule, may be used, but the most suitable is trifluoroethylene resin and vinylidene fluoride resin. There resin may be one in which the hydrogen in the main chain is substituted by other halogen, hydroxyl group, carboxy group or olefin residue. By ordinary process, the surface of the titanium material is coated with the organic polymeric material of fluorine type and is dried, and then baking treatment is achieved according to necessity, whereby a contamination resisting film can be obtained. |
