PURPOSE:To remove the impureness of colors by illuminating a color original picture with a black-and-white CRT and inserting a cyanogen filter into a printing optical path at the time of completing red exposure, a magenta filter at the time of completing green exposure and a yellow filter at the time of completing blue exposure respectively. CONSTITUTION:As soon as an exposure mode starts, a trimming filter driving part 18 inserts a trimming filter 17 in the optical path 19 before the black-and- white CRT 3 emits the light. At the same time a filter driving part 24 inserts the yellow filter 23 and a magenta filter 22 in the optical path 19. In this period, a selector selects the data of a red image and transmits it to a driver. Then the black-and-white image expressing the red image with luminance is displayed on the black-and-white CRT 3. If a BL shutter 26 is opened, the optical image on the black-and-white CRT 3 is converted into the red image by superposed yellow filter 23 and magenta filter 22 so as to form the image on a color paper 29, then the red image is printed there. Thus, a secondary peak can be removed and a distinct video image without the impureness of colors can be printed.
