PURPOSE:To eliminate parting line mark and obtain a hollow formed item by a method wherein a manufacturing machine consists of a filling device to fill an elastic filling mold with filling material, a solidifying device and a withdrawing device, and the filling device is so constituted as to blow off the filling material from the outer peripheral surface at the lower part of the tip of a filling nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing machine consists of a filling device 40 to fill the interior of an elastic filling mold 10 with filling material 11, a solidifying device 60 to solidify the filling material 11 and a withdrawing device 70. The elastic filling mold 10 consists of an open bag-like filling part 13 and a fixed part 14. In addition, the filling device is so constituted as to blow off the filling material from the outer peripheral surface at the lower part of a filling nozzle in order to adhere the filling material 11 onto the inner peripheral surface of the elastic filling mold 10. After that, the filling material 11 is solidified so as to be able to produce a hollow filling formed item 12. The solidifying device 60 solidifies the filling material 11 by cooling or heating, depending upon the quality of the filling material 11. The withdrawing device 70 can push out a fill formed item 12 by pushing the item from the side, which is opposite to the opening part, of the elastic filling mold 10 by utilizing the elastic enlargement of the elastic filling mold 10. |
