PURPOSE:To eliminate parting line mark and realize the flat bottom of a formed item for good seating by a method wherein a manufacturing machine consists of a filling device to fill an elastic filling mold with filling material, a solidifying device and a withdrawing device and, in addition, a flattening device to swing the elastic filling mold filled with the filling material is provided. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing machine consists of a filling device 40 to fill the interior of an elastic filling mold 10 with filling material 11, a solidifying device 60 to solidify the filling material 11 and a withdrawing device 70. The elastic filling mold 10 consists of an open bag-like filling part 13 and a fixed part 14. In addition, a flattening device 90 is provided so as to swing the elastic filling mold 10 horizontally by means of air pressure applied through an air nozzle 91, resulting in flattening the surface of the filling material 11 in the neighborhood of the opening part of the elastic filling mold 10. Said flattening gives good seating to a fill formed item 12. The solidifying device 60 solidifies the filling material 11 by cooling or heating, depending upon the quality of the filling material 11. The withdrawing device 70 can push out the fill formed item 12 by pushing the item from the side, which is opposite to the opening part, of the elastic filling mold 10 by utilizing the enlargement of the elastic filling mold 10. |
