PURPOSE:To eliminate parting line mark and bubble by a method wherein a manufacturing machine consists of a filling device to fill an elastic filling mold with filling material, a solidifying device and a withdrawing device and the filling of the filling material is done after the filling mold is expanded by sucking air from the side, which is opposite to a filling nozzle, of the elastic filling mold. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing machine consists of a filling device 40 to fill an elastic filling mold 10 with filling material 11, a solidifying device 60 to solidify the filling material 11 and a withdrawing device 70. The elastic filling mold 10 consists of an open bag-like filling part 13 and a fixed part 14. Further, a negative pressure mechanism 52 is arranged on the side, which is opposite to a filling nozzle 41, of the elastic filling mold 10 so as to fill the filling mold 10, which is brought into expanded state by evacuating the negative pressure mechanism 52, with the filling material. By controlling the negative pressure so as to gradually bring the pressure in the mechanism back to normal pressure after the completion of filling, the mixing of bubbles in the filling material can be prevented from occurring. The solidifying device 60 is determined by the quality of the filling material or solidifies the filling material 11 by cooling or heating. The withdrawing device 70 can push out a filling formed item 12 by pushing the item from the side, which is opposite to the opening part, of the elastic filling mold 10 by utilizing the elastic enlargement of the elastic filling mold 10. |
