PURPOSE:To produce compd. powder in a high yield by placing a propeller in front of nozzles for feeding gaseous starting materials. CONSTITUTION:A propeller 5 is placed in front of nozzles 2, 2 for feeding gaseous starting materials such as gaseous H2S and metallic zinc vapor mixed with air so that the propeller 5 is rotated by the flows of the gaseous starting materials. By this simple device, the flows of the gaseous starting materials are converted into turbulent flows, the frequency of collision between the seeds of the gaseous starting materials is increased and compd. powder is produced in a high yield. |
