摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a high temperature water feeding to be performed with a small-sized apparatus by a method wherein an electrical energy is converted into a thermal energy and stored by a thermal accumulative agent and a heater body assembled in the thermal accumulative material and then heat of the thermal accumulative material is exchanged with water by a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A surplus electrical power at night is converted from an electrical energy into a thermal energy and then stored into a thermal accumulative material 24. Water to be heated is fed into a heat exchanger 27 through a piping system connected to a water supply and the like. A thermal medium duct 26 is arranged between the portion of the thermal accumulative material 24 and the portion of the heat exchanger 27, air A of thermal medium is circulated by a blower 25, a hot air A is taken out by the thermal accumulative material 24, and heat is exchanged with water by the heat exchanger 27 so as to feed hot water of high temperature. A thermal shielding damper 28 may prevent staying water in the heat exchanger 27 from being increased in temperature unnecessarily under a natural convection of the air A when water feed is stopped.
