发明名称 METHOD FOR FILLING UP GAS-INSULATED EQUIPMENT WITH INSULATING GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make a vessel thinner and lighten the weight of it and lower the cost of an equipment, by a method wherein nitrogen gas is fed into the vessel to substitute internal air for the gas, first, and after that, insulating gas is permitted to flow thereinto, to substitute the nitrogen gas for the insulating gas, and the vessel is filled up with the insulating gas. CONSTITUTION:When a vessel 1 is filled up with insulating gas, then a nitrogen gas cylinder 7 is connected to the other end of a feed air pipe 1d first, via a pressure reduction device 6, and switch valves 4, 5 are released, and nitrogen gas is conducted into the vessel 1. Then, air in the vessel 1 is discharged from the switch valve 4, and in the vessel 1, the nitrogen gas is substituted for said air. If the nitrogen gas of approx. 3-5 times the quantity of the capacity of a space between the vessel 1 and a charging section 2 is fed to, the vessel 1 can be almost filled up with the nitrogen gas. After that, the switch valves 4, 5 are closed, and after that, to the feed air pipe 1d, in place of the pressure reduction device 6 and the nitrogen gas cylinder 7, a pressure reduction device 8 and an insulating gas cylinder 9 are connected, and in the same manner as mentioned above, the switch valves 4, 5 are opened and the vessel 1 is filled up with the insulating gas. When the vessel is almost filled up with the insulating gas as gas discharged from the switch valve 4, then the switch valves 4, 5 are closed, and the filling is completed.</p>
