PURPOSE:To completely transfer information (disaster preventing information) transmitted by a disaster preventing administrative radio, to residents of reinforced concrete middle and high residence dwellers, by providing a disaster preventing receiver, a power source unit and a television community receiving facility, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the case of bringing a disaster preventing administrative radio wave (disaster preventing radio wave) to community receiving, first of all, the disaster preventing radio wave is caught by an exclusive antenna 1 and led to a disaster preventing receiver 2, and only when an area code contained in the disaster preventing radio wave has coincided, a power source unit 3 is started. As a result, a low frequency amplifier 4, a modulator 5 and a transformer 6, etc., are operated, and by a disaster preventing information signal of a low frequency which has been demodulated by the receiver 2, a high frequency carrier wave is brought to a frequency modulation. Subsequently, this modulated signal and a power source from the unit 3 are inputted to television receiver terminals provided separately, respectively through a mixer 93, a power injector 94 and the exclusive receiver 10 of a television community receiving facility 9. In such a way, by using an inexpensive and simple equipment, disaster preventing information can be brought to community reception satisfactorily in a room, as well with respect to residents of reinforced concrete middle and high residence dwellers houses, and its contents can be understood surely.
