PURPOSE:To obtain a sensitive material hardly causing color stain and color fog by incorporating a specified compd. or an alkali-unstable precursor thereof into a silver halide color photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:A practically colorless compd. represented by formula I or an alkali-unstable precursor thereof is incorporated into a silver halide color photographic sensitive material. In formula I, each of R<1> and R<2> is H, halogen, optionally substd. alkyl, acrylamino, alkoxy, sulfamoyl or the like, R<3> is halogen, optionally substd. alkyl, acylamino, alkoxy or alkylthio, R<4> is optionally substd. alkyl, aryl, a heterocyclic group, amino or the like and R<5> is H or alkyl. Thus, a sensitive material hardly causing color stain and color fog is obtd. |
