PURPOSE:To read outside air temperature readily with an observer being inside the room, by mounting a thermometer on the outside of transparent window glass so that the indicating surface can be obserbed from the inside of the room. CONSTITUTION:For example, in the case of a stem thermometer, double-side adhesive sponge or double-side adhesive tape is attached to a part of the temperature indicating surface of a rectangular frame for supporting the thermometer. The thermometer is positioned at the outside of transparent window glass so that the indicating part of the thermometer can be observed from the inside of the room. The thermometer is attached by using double-side adhesive tape and the like. Therefore, the outside temperature can readily be read through the window glass. The difference between the room temperature and the outside temperature is found. This thermometer can effectively be utilized in daily life.
