PURPOSE:To previously prevent a burning accident from being generated due to the overload of a transformer, by setting the load share of two load circuits to be equal to the rated capacity of the transformer, and by interrupting the load circuits when actual load power exceeds its value. CONSTITUTION:When two power load circuits are connected to the secondary side of one transformer unit, then a load share is set so that the sum of respective allowable share power values may be made equal to the rated capacity value of the transformer. Besides, the respective load circuits are provided with detection means 15A-17A, 15B-17B for detecting actual load power, and interruption means 20A-21A, 20B-21B for interrupting the load circuits. Then, a reference value (allowable current) according to the load share and an actual load power detection value(load current) are respectively compared with each other by comparators 18A, 18B, and when the detection value exceeds the reference value, then the interruption means are contrived to be worked when it is needed.
