PURPOSE:To obtain both abrasion-resistance and shock-resistance, by constituting a product of a plastic lens base material, a shock absorbing layer, an abrasion- resistant layer, and a reflection preventing layer formed on the R2 plane of the material, and the abrasion -resistant layer and the anti-reflection layer formed on the R1 plane of the material. CONSTITUTION:The title product is constituted of the plastic lens base material 1, the shock absorbing layer 4, the abrasion-resistant layer 2, and the reflection preventing layer 3 formed on the R2 plane (eye contact side) of the material, and the abrasion-resistant layer 2 and the reflection preventing layer 3 formed on the R1 plane (object side) of the material. In such a way, it is possible to obtain a plastic lens with superior abrasion-resistance and which passes a shock- resistant test (FDA test) by a steel ball drop test and with high safety. |
