PURPOSE:To stabilize the operational property and to prevent the abrasion of a shaft by furnishing a driving member to drive a contact mechanism near the tip of a movable block and a shaft to be the center of the rotation at the rear end of the driving member. CONSTITUTION:This relay is composed of a base 1, an electromagnet 2, contact mechanisms 3 and 4, a movable block 6, and a cover 7. The block 6 presents approximately T form in the horizontal section and furnishes a shaft 64 to be the center of the rotation at the rear end, as well as a pair of movable iron pieces 63a and 63b to hold a permanent magnet 62, inserted and formed to a wide driving member 61 positioned near the the front end. Since the distance between the shaft 64 as the rotation center and the driving member 61 is fairly long in this composition, the rotation angle of the block 6 to drive the contact mechanisms 3 and 4 is small. As a result, a friction resistance generated between the shaft 64 and a shaft hole 17a is made small, and the abrasion of the shaft 64 is made small as well as the operational property is stabilized. |
