PURPOSE:To attain mass production and high speed by lowerably/liftably provid ing a pair of right and left reciprocatingly circulating chain in a U-shape on the upper parts on both sides of a liquid vessel, providing rack end receivers on the chain, and enabling the lower end position of the U-shaped passage to be moved. CONSTITUTION:A rack 20 is mounted on the receivers 11, 11 of right and left chains 10, moved by means of the chains 10, and lowered down and lifted up with respect to a liquid vessel 1 at a U-shaped part. And, a receiving member 18 is pushed up by means of an eccentric cam 19 to receive the end part of the lowering rack 20 midway in its course. Thereupon, only the receivers 11 are lowered and rotated and inversely lifted up. At this time, a chain wheel 13 is moved to the A side by means of a switchover mechanism 16 so as to bring the rack 20 to the center of the receiving member 18. Also, when the chain wheel 13 is moved in the B position, the rack 20 can be scooped up by means of the receivers 11. This structure enables the mass production of both large-width and small-width parts.
