PURPOSE:To effectively prevent corrosion by adding an amine type org. corrosion inhibitor to an absorbing soln. contg. an oxyacid deriv. of phosphorus, CuCl and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:An amine type org. corrosion inhibitor such as alkylamine, cyclohexylamine, acrylamine or 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid is added from an adding device 11 to a CO absorbing soln. contg. an oxyacid deriv. of phosphorus such as hexametaphosphate-amine, CuCl and an org. solvent such as toluene. The absorbing soln. is brought into contact with stock gas 1 in an absorption tower 4, to absorb CO. The absorbing soln. enters a separation tower 8, where the soln. is heated under reduced pressure to release the CO. At this time, the degree of corrosion of the structural material of the tower 8 is measured with a corrosion monitor 13 and the amt. of the corrosion inhibitor added is controlled. |
