PURPOSE:To obtain the combustion device prevented from the initial lowering of burning quantity, i.e. the reduction of calorie, by using a porous body whose active points are inactivated. CONSTITUTION:The whole of the porous body 1 is impregnated, through many tiny communicating orifices thereof, with the fuel supplied to a fuel supply part 2. The porous body 1 is prepared by inactivating active points in a porous substance of a silica alumina system, an alumina system or the like. The air sent by a blower passes an air flow-rate adjuster 12, a heater 10 and numerous air flow-in ports of a high-temperature air supply pipe 9 and contacts with and evaporates the impregnating fuel in the fuel-evaporating part 1' of the porous body 1. Then, it enters a mixing chamber 6 together with the evaporated fuel and, passing a flaming part 7, burns in a burning space 8. |
