PURPOSE:To obtain the title electrically conductive material without any deterioration in the characteristic and stability and consisting of a composite oxide having a perovskite type structure having excellent electrical conductivity by calcining >=2 kinds of metallic components at high temp. in a gaseous atmosphere not contg. any moisture. CONSTITUTION:The perovskite type composite oxide consisting of >=2 kinds of metallic components is calcining by using an electric furnace, etc., in the atmosphere not contg. any moisture. The process of this invention is effectively applied especially in the production of the perovskite type composite oxide of Cu having low electrical resistance and beeing a superconductive material. Since the composite oxide is calcined in the atmosphere completely freed of moisture in this invention, the characteristic and stability of the oxide are not deteriorated, and the oxide having excellent electrical conductivity can be obtained. As for the oxide exhibiting superconductivity, the transition is sharp and positioned on the high-temp. side, and the oxide having a high critical current can be obtained. |
