PURPOSE:To make an apparatus flexible for a circuit change by constituting a conduction observing apparatus estimating a load torque at given time intervals. CONSTITUTION:For the sudden torque variation of a load 5, the current com mand value of a load torque estimated by a condition observing apparatus 2 is added to the output signal of a speed regulator 11. Said conduction observ ing apparatus 2 computes an estimated load torque tauL according to a motor current im and a speed actual value n based on a motor staring time constancte 26 having, as functions, field simulation elements 21, 22, delay operators 23, 27, proportional gains 24, 25, and a sampling period. In this manner, it is made possible to make an apparatus flexible for a circuit change. |
