<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum color mixture of every color and to improve the resolution of a color image, by arranging plural image elements with the same arranging positions of thin film transistors and image element electrodes in a column direction, and moving an image element sequence at the next stage for the image element sequence by the interval of half of the image element. CONSTITUTION:A first image 1 element sequence is constituted by arranging the plural image elements with the same arranging positions of the thin film transistor TFT and the image element electrodes ITo in the column direction, and a second image element sequence neighboring to the row direction of the first image element sequence is constituted by arranging the plural image elements in which the image element of the first image element sequence is arranged axial symmetrically for a video signal line DL in a column direction. Thus, by constituting each (i) type semiconductor layer AS of the thin film transistors TFT1-TFT3 whose image elements are divided into plural pieces integrally, it is possible to reduce point defect due to the mixture of foreign matters or disconnection because one time of override from a drain electrode side SD2 advancing to the (i) type semiconductor AS side is enough. In such a way, it is possible to improve the resolution of the color image.</p> |
