PURPOSE:To make connection with a high resolution and a high binding strength possible by putting aelotropic conductive binding agent between film carriers formed like fingers and a grass substrate, putting insulating binding agent on top of the carriers and heat pressing them. CONSTITUTION:Between a glass substrate and film carriers formed like fingers by eliminating a base film 12 and binding agent 13 to form conductive patterns 14 is put aelotropic conductive binding agent 17, insulating binding agent 18 is put on top of the carriers, and they are heat pressed. The patterns 14 and an electrode on the substrate 16 are let to face each other by this, and they are electrically connected with each other through conductive particles 112 in the binding agent 17. In addition, binding agent 13, 18 in the binding agent 17 is filled in each gap as an integrated layer 41, holding electric connection and protecting connected parts from outer air. Mutual connection with a high resolution and a high binding strength can thus be enabled.
