PURPOSE:To make it possible to diagnose the abnormality of moving equipment by remote operation at a low cost, by remotely operating a vibration diagnosing unit on the moving equipment from a ground station, receiving signals, which are converted into measured state signals, and displaying and monitoring the signals. CONSTITUTION:A vibration diagnosing unit 13 on an onboard station 2 is remotely operated with a control signal from a first microcomputer 3 in a ground station 1. A plurality of measuring signals from the vibration diagnosing unit 13 are decoded with a second microcomputer 7 of the onboard station 2. The signals are converted into the measured state signals, which are in turn transmitted from a second radio set 11. The signals are received with a first radio set 6 in the ground station and is displayed and monitored on a display 5. Since a plurality of the measuring signals are decoded with the computer so as to obtain the state signals, the radio sets 6 and 11 used can be provided at low costs, and the cost of the apparatus is also low. The vibration diagnosing unit 13 is remotely operated, and the abnormality of the moving equipment can be precisely diagnosed. |
