PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of lightweightiness by installing a two-piece structual yoke, which forms a magnetic circuit in the state that a shileld case, consisting of a magnetic material, housing a filter circuit, is set up in the circumference, and altering thickness of the yoke being connected to a pair of permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:A shield case 7 consisting of a magnetic material houses the filter circuit 6 connected to an input part 5 of a magnetron body 1 with a cavity resonator. A two-piece structural yoke 3 constitutes a magnetic circuit in a state of setting up the case 7 on the circumference. Permanent magnets 2a and 2b are connected each to yokes 3a' and 3b', and the magnet 2b and a bottom surface of the case 7 are opposed to each other in holding the yoke 3b' in between, Thickness t2 of the yoke 3b' being connected to the magnet 2b is formed to be thinner than thickness t1 of the yoke 3a' to which the magnet 3a is connected. Thus, the shield case is effectively utilizable as a part of the magnetic circuit, and the promotion of lightweightiness for service material can be attainable.
