发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ENZYME ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify production by maintaining a mixed aq. soln. prepd. from enzyme, electron transport material, high-polymer compd. and crosslinking reagent in a low-temp. state, developing the mixture on an electrode by a casting method and executing the formation of an enzyme film and the fixing by crosslinking simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The mixed aq. soln. is prepd. by using, for example, glucose oxidase as the enzyme, ferrocene carboxylic acid as the electron transport material, polyethylene imine as the high-polymer compd. for a carrier and carbodiimide as the crosslinking reagent and dissolving these in an aq. phosphate buffer soln. The mixed soln. is then dropped on the thin film electrode made of graphite subjected to oxidation on the surface and is spin-cast. The electrode is rested for 30min to allow the crosslinking reaction to progress; thereafter, the electrode is cleaned by the phosphate buffer soln. and is air dried to form the enzyme immobilized film of 1mum thickness on the electrode. Since the film formation of the enzyme electrode and the immobilization of the enzyme are executed simultaneously with the single stage, the electrode is easily and simply produced.
