PURPOSE:To obtain a tasty food processed by electrization in a short time, completely heated, having a novel flavor by chewing, packing a food material and a diluted aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid into a permeable packaging film material, immersing the packaging film material in an electrolytic solution and electrifying. CONSTITUTION:A food material and a diluted aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid are put in a permeable packaging film material 102 rapidly becoming totally conductive by permeating action of a diluted aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid and packed into approximately in a closed state while removing air in the interior to prepared a packaged material 101. Then a pair of electrodes 107 and 108 are set at the inner sides of opposing walls 105 and 106 and the packaged material 101 is immersed in a submerged state in an electrically insulating container 104 charged with an electrolytic solution C in the interior. Then, an electric current is sent between a pair of the electrodes 107 and 108 and the food material in the packaged material 104 is completely heated and sterilized by generated Joule's heat. |
