PURPOSE:To improve the data transfer efficiency by increasing number of parallel drives so as to vary the transfer block byte number to a host optionally while making the data access quantity to a bubble file memory device to be a large capacity thereby preventing the decrease in the data transfer speed due to the deviation of the specification between the host and memory. CONSTITUTION:A bubble file storage means 8 of a memory device drives plural bubble memory elements in parallel to apply data input/output in the unit of a 1st transfer block bytes. The input/output data in the unit of the 1st transfer block bytes with respect to the means 8 is stored tentatively in the input/output data buffer means 9. Moreover, a transfer block page control means 10 applies a 1st designation page 13 from a 2nd designated page 14 below the 1st transfer block byte unit from a host 12 and over a 2nd transmission block byte unit and the result is fed to a buffer input/output control means 11. Then the transfer block byte number to the host 12 is varied optionally to prevent the deterioration in the data transfer speed.
