PURPOSE:To prevent development of seizure of a die and defect in a product by arranging a connecting sleeve at gap between a fixed die and a fixed die plate and arranging a sleeve device having molten metal supplying hole at position near a cavity. CONSTITUTION:The sleeve device 25 is composed of the connecting die block 26 and the coupling die block 34, and the die block 26 is formed with the body 27 and the connecting sleeve 30. Projecting end part of the sleeve 30 is fitted into flange receiving part 16 of a die sleeve 13 and also flange receiving part 32 of the sleeve 30 is fitted into fitting part 12 of a metal sleeve 9 and the die 6 and the die plate 3 are coupled as attachable/detachable. Then, the molten metal supplying hole 33 in the die block 26 is arranged at near the cavity 8. By this method, stroke of a plunger tip 19 is shortened and temp. drop of the molten metal W is prevented. Therefore, the developments of seizure of the die and defect of the product are prevented.
