PURPOSE:To improve a sound absorption and insulation effects and water resistance without performing lamination of a film, by a method wherein after formation of a urethane foam by foaming polyurethane raw materials by mixing and agitating the same, which is made a sheet by cutting the same into a targeted thickness and form and a skin layer is formed on a compressed surface of the foregoing sheet by heating and compressing the sheet at a specific temperature further. CONSTITUTION:A urethane foam is formed by foaming polyurethane foamable raw materials such as polymer polyol, an amine catalyst, a tin catalyst, a foaming agent, silicone oil and organic isocyanate and a coloring material and filling agent if needed by mixing and agitating them. Then the same is made a sheet 1 by cutting the same into a targeted thickness and form, and skin layers 3a, 3b are formed on a compressed surface of the foregoing sheet by compressing the same through heating at a temperature of 200-260 deg.C further. Polymer polyol is obtained by adding a polymer such as acrylnitrile or styrene or vinyl chloride or acryl into a molecule of ether polyol. Compression is performed so that a thickness after compression to the total kickness becomes 50% or higher, preferably 5-30%, in a compression ratio. |
