PURPOSE:To uniformly and effectively deposit sand on soft ground layer by a method in which sand-mixed water is flowed out on an inclined flow plate, flowed down expansively, and then received by a deactivating floater in such a way as to allow the sand to flow down through the apertures of the deactivating floater in a manner of intermittent flow. CONSTITUTION:Sand-mixed water is sent under pressures through a pipe 3 to a sand spreading ship 1 in which the fan-like expanded one end of an inclined flow plate 5 is attached to one end portion of the sand spreading ship by lowering its front portion. One end of a deactivating floater 12 is positioned below the inclined flow plate 5 in such a way that a bar 15 is crossed the flow path of the inclined flow plate 5 and connected to the sand spreading ship 1 by a connector. Sand can thus be uniformly and effectively deposited on the soft ground layer without disturbing the soft ground layer under water. |
