PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive energy storing equipment at low cost whose maintenance and operation are easy, by assembling a heat-insulating and airtight panel, forming a heat-insulating refrigerant vessel, accommodating a superconducting coil therein, and retaining it with a firm retainer via a retaining member made of heat-insulating material penetrating the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A heat-insulating refrigerant vessel 11 is retained with a superconducting coil 3 via a retaining member 2. Vessel walls on both sides of the coil 3 attract each other with respect to liquid head pressure of refrigerant to keep balance. Electromagnetic force of the coil 3 is retained with a cavity wall (base rock) 6 via a retaining member 7 and a base part coil retaining member 9 of glass fiber reinforced plastic and the like having heat-insulating properties. According to this consitution, vacuum atmosphere between a refrigerant vessel and the rock base is unneccessitated, and the dug section of the cavity 5 can be reduced. In the case of special refrigerant, a vacuum heat-insulating system is used, but a heat-insulating panel having a vacuum portion can be previously manufactured in a factory, so that the reliability can be remarkably improved as compared with a site working. Thereby, a superconductive energy storing equipment of low cost and high reliability can be obtained.
